16. DESCRIPTION OF IT SERVICES
AND PRICING
a. Arsenault shall provide a description of each type of IT/EC Service
offered under Special Item Numbers 132-51 and 132-52. IT/EC Services should
be presented in the same manner as Arsenault sells to its commercial and
other Government customers. If Arsenault is proposing hourly rates, a
description of all corresponding commercial job titles (labor categories)
for those individuals who will perform the service should be provided.
b. Pricing for all IT/EC Services shall be in accordance with Arsenault's
customary commercial practices; e.g., hourly rates, monthly rates, term
rates, and/or fixed prices.
Listed below are the various IT professional services that Arsenault
offers:

Deployment Consulting - A service
where we meet with a potential client to discuss their specific or
unique fleet maintenance software requirements, goals and objectives,
etc. and provide a set of system design and deployment recommendations. |

Design and Configuration - A service
where Arsenault custom designs and configures your Dossier program
to meet your specific fleet and operational needs. |

FASTstart - A service where
a potential customer is NOT using any sort of database, has no one
available, nor the time to get Dossier up-and-running. Arsenault will
do all the initial work of populating the database in your Dossier
program for you. It will save you time, makes sure fields are populated
correctly and provide you with a ready-to-run system with all your
vehicles, equipment, parts inventory, mechanics and vendors preloaded
for you. |

Database Conversion - A service
where a potential customer IS presently using some type of database
but has no one, nor the time to get Dossier up-and-running. Arsenault
will do all the initial work of converting the information that is
presently in your database into the Dossier program for you. It will
save you time, makes sure all fields are migrated correctly, and provide
you with a ready to run system with all your vehicles, equipment,
parts inventory, mechanics and vendors transferred over. |
d. FPDS Code D306 Systems Analysis Services

Data Entry - This is an ongoing
service for fleets who have no one to run their Dossier program on
a daily basis. It provides a fleet with access to the important management
information they need from their new Dossier software without hiring
additional staff to perform the necessary day-to-day data entry work. |

Fleet Data Auditing - A service
for existing fleet customers who need an analysis of their Dossier
program after +-12 months of use and / or on a continuing, annual
basis. With this service Arsenault assesses the customer's utilization
of the Dossier software. This includes an assessment of their fleet
maintenance operation, the Dossier database, its daily operation the
use of the data inputted, the reports that are being used and /or
should be used, any customer requirements needed, etc. The deliverable
is a written report with recommendation of how to further optimize
the use of the use of Dossier program, as well as additional ways
of reducing costs and enhancing the value of their Dossier program. |
